Upcoming ADR Events at Moritz

The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution is pleased to announce the 2018 JDR Symposium entitled:  Communication in Crisis: Implementing ADR Strategies in Times of Civil Unrest.

This topic will delve into the ways in which alternative dispute resolution techniques can be utilized during periods of civil unrest.  Since a peaceful resolution is the goal, ADR tactics from the fields of mediation, conflict resolution, and negotiation can help further the resolution process.  The Symposium will be Friday, November 9, 2018.

Welcome to the JDR!

Now in its 33rd year of publication, the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution (“JDR“) is a student-initiated, student-run publication of The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.

The JDR is dedicated to the exploration of alternative forums for and methods of dispute resolution.

The JDR is the official law journal of the American Bar Association’s Section on Dispute Resolution and is a major component of the college’s nationally recognized program on Alternative Dispute Resolution. Furthermore, the JDR is the law review  in dispute resolution that is most often cited by law journals.
