Joseph StulbergJoseph B. Stulberg
John W. Bricker Professor of Law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law
Professor Stulberg teaches courses primarily in the area of alternative dispute resolution. One of the nation’s pre-eminent mediator trainers, Professor Stulberg has, for more than 30 years, shaped the development of community-based and court-annexed mediation programs that address complex civil cases and policy controversies as well as service family, interpersonal, and school-based disputes. Immediately before coming to Ohio State in 1998, Professor Stulberg was Professor of Law and Director of Advanced Studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. He has been a guest lecturer at various universities throughout the United States and has taught seminars on conflict resolution and democratic theory at national universities in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. He has written widely on theoretical, policy and practice issues in dispute resolution.

Paul RosePaul Rose
Assistant Professor of Law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law
Professor Rose's research interests include corporate governance, securities regulation, institutional investors, and comparative corporate law. His article "Balancing the Benefits and Burdens of Securities Regulation for Smaller Companies Post Sarbanes-Oxley" was selected to appear in the Securities Law Review 2007, an annual publication reprinting the 8-10 best articles in the field, as determined by the editor. Professor Rose practiced law in the corporate and securities practice group of Covington & Burling's San Francisco office. He worked as an assistant trader in equity and emerging market derivatives at Citibank, N.A. in New York prior to attending law school. He joined Moritz in 2007.
