Associate Professor of Law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law

Cinnamon Piņon Carlarne is an associate professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, teaching in the areas of environmental, energy, and tort law. Carlarne's scholarship focuses on the evolution of systems of international environmental law, with an emphasis on climate change. She has written numerous articles exploring questions of international environmental law, a book on comparative climate change law and policy with Oxford University Press, and a forthcoming edited textbook on oceans and human health.

Steven F. Huefner is a professor of law at Moritz, where he also is a senior fellow at Election Law @ Moritz and the director of the College's clinical programs and the Moritz Legislation Clinic. Huefner teaches in the areas of legislation, election law, jurisprudence, and legal writing. His research interests are in the area of democratic governance, including election law and legislative process issues. He has published a number of articles and books on these topics.

Keith Hawkins is the Professor Emeritus of Law and Society at the University of Oxford, fellow and tutor in law at the university's Oriel College, and the former deputy director for the university's Centre for Socio-Legal Studies. His research interests are in the sociology of legal processes and are concerned with legal decision-making and the workings of governmental regulation in the areas of environmental control and occupational health and safety regulations
