Registering for bar examinations
LL.M. students interested in practice in the U.S. should note that bar examination admission requirements vary from state to state. The American Bar Association and the National Conference of Bar Examiners publish a helpful yearly guide to these requirements. This is just a general guide; for up-to-date information, students are encouraged to contact the bar admission agency for the state in which they are interested. (The guide includes agency contact information for each state.) Knowing these requirements in advance will help LL.M. students tailor their course schedules accordingly.
