The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution is the college's scholarly journal devoted specifically to issues relating to alternative dispute resolution. The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law is a peer-evaluated, faculty-student cooperative venture, published semi-annually. I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society

In 2004, the law school launched a second peer-evaluated journal, I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society, which is a cooperative venture with students and faculty at Carnegie-Mellon University. Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal

The Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal (EBLJ) is the newest academic journal at the Moritz College of Law. The EBLJ provides an excellent opportunity for students to explore the intersection of business and the law. Created and managed by students, this semi-annual journal explores the legal issues facing entrepreneurs, small business owners, and venture capitalists. The EBLJ publishes scholarly articles, book reviews, and student-authored notes discussing provocative, timely issues facing the entrepreneurial business community. Additionally, the EBLJ hosts an annual symposium where professors and practitioners from Ohio and around the country gather to discuss topical issues and emerging trends in entrepreneurial business law.
