Law and Capital Markets @ Ohio State is a program of The Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. The nonpartisan program aims to further the study of capital markets and corporate law. The program hosts multiple events throughout the year in Columbus and key financial centers. These events generate open and vigorous exchange about the leading problems and issues dealmakers face and are commonly co-sponsored by private organizations.

Lacey Bundy, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Express Inc., will speak to students as part of the Law and Capital Markets @ Ohio State General Counsel Series.
Lacey Bundy is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Express, Inc. Ms. Bundy joined Express in August 2010 after having spent five years with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago where she advised public companies and private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a wide variety of matters, including mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, joint ventures, private equity fund formation, and financing transactions. Prior to law school, Ms. Bundy practiced as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young LLP in New York City for two years, first in the firm’s National Office where she advised public companies on their financial reporting obligations and then later in the firm’s tax consulting practice where she implemented tax savings strategies for retailers.
Ms. Bundy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1999 and a Juris Doctorate from the Northwestern School of Law in 2005.
