Workshops
Leadership Skills Workshops
The Leadership Skills Workshops are designed to assist Moritz law students to develop managerial and leadership skills outside of the traditional curriculum. By complementing and enhancing Moritz's established courses, these workshops help students develop and hone the skills required to succeed as leaders in organizational settings.
Led by world-class, professional trainers as well as faculty and staff from Moritz Law and other units at Ohio State, multiple program workshops are offered each year.
Moritz students may enroll in as many workshops as they like. Generally, each session is taught on a single day, and may run from two to eight hours. Registration for the sessions is accomplished through a lottery system.

Career Assessments
Students have the opportunity to work with career and personal counselors using self-assessment tools to better identify areas of personal strength and those in need of development. The assessments aid students as they develop a career planning strategy.
Students have the opportunity to conduct a StrengthsFinder assessment and/or the Emotional Intelligence assessment (EQ) through planned workshops that cycle every three years. Because the workshop will only happen once during a student's time at Moritz, PLL students are encouraged to participate if they are interested in these assessments.
