Come learn invaluable skills from Professor Sarah Cole at this exciting Leadership Skills Workshop. You will learn how to facilitate group decision making and run an effective meeting.
Facilitation is a process by which a person acceptable to all members of a group, who is neutral and has no decisionmaking authority, intervenes to help a group improve the way it identifies and solves problems and makes decisions.
Enhance your leadership skills at this workshop by learning to:
