 Mimi Dane is the CEO of Flying Horse Farms. Flying Horse Farms provides magical, transforming experiences for children with serious illnesses. Located on 200 acres in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, the camp serves hundreds of children and families each year - free of charge.

Mimi was recruited by former CEO, Cindy Lazarus, to take the reins at the start of 2012, stepping away from a highly successful career as an attorney/litigation partner. During her tenure at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, Dane was listed as an Ohio Super Lawyer and was repeatedly ranked among the best lawyers in America.

Mimi has a history rooted in community involvement, volunteering significant hours supporting organizations dedicated to improving the lives of others. She recently served on the Board of Directors for the YWCA Columbus and also served as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio.
