A Conversation with Chief Judge Guy Cole

October 16, 2017 | 12:10 pm - 1:15 pm

Chief Judge R. Guy Cole worked both as a partner at Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease, as well as for the Justice Department as a trial lawyer. But who could better explain the ins and outs of judicial leadership than someone who went from those positions, spent six years as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge on the Southern District, and then was elected to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit? This, coupled with his position as the Chief Judge of the Sixth Circuit since 2014, makes Chief Judge Cole an invaluable asset in learning how to conduct yourself as a leader in every nook and cranny of the legal community,” ~~ PLL Advisory Board member, Jen Hengst, ‘18

PLL director Nancy Rogers will moderate the conversation with Justice Cole. The lunch, served at the Barrister Club, is limited to 20 students.
