The Program on Law and Leadership kicked off its 2013-14 year with a welcome reception in the Barrister Club. Returning students explained the program’s function to incoming students and networked with program directors, Garry Jenkins and Donald Tobin.

Tod Friedman, executive vice president and general counsel of the Schottenstein Property Group, joined a small group of Program on Law and Leadership students for a discussion titled “Leadership in Commercial Real Estate.”

Bob is the retired Vice President and General Counsel of Nii Holdings, Inc. He served as Vice President and General Counsel since September 2000. From August 1998 to August 2000, he served as Vice President, Law and Administration and Secretary of MPW Industrial Services Group, Inc., a publicly held provider of industrial cleaning and facilities support services. From 1987 until he joined MPW, Mr. Gilker was a partner with Jones Day.
