Moritz College of Law - The Ohio State University Law School

A Message from the Co-Directors

Welcome to the Program on Law and Leadership at the Moritz College of Law. On these pages, you'll find information on our efforts to prepare lawyers for a life of leadership. The program's mission is at the heart of the college's mission to prepare its graduates to serve and lead the legal profession, the judiciary, and private and public organizations.

We believe law schools can and should prepare students for the broad spectrum of leadership positions they may occupy throughout the length of their careers. At the Moritz College of Law, our alumni have served as governors, ambassadors, mayors, federal and state judges, chief executives of major corporations, founders and executive directors of nonprofit and public interest organizations, senior Cabinet officials, managing partners of leading law firms, members of U.S. Congress and state legislatures, entrepreneurs, and leaders of the bar.

The Program on Law and Leadership seeks to continue this proud tradition by helping students develop an understanding of leadership — integrating leadership skills with legal expertise to drive change and positively impact society.

We invite you to explore and take advantage of all of the resources the Program has to offer Moritz Law students and its constituents.
