The Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF) offers several opportunities for all members of the Moritz community to be involved in our organization, including volunteering, fundraising, and donation opportunities. One of the best ways to contribute is to volunteer at one of our many events held throughout the academic year, including the annual PILF Auction held in the Spring.
During the months leading up to the PILF Auction, Moritz students from all classes spearhead a variety of planning committees designed solicit donations from the Columbus area businesses, make contact with local alumni, law firms, and other legal organizations, and generally lend a hand in anything and everything involved in making our annual auction a success.
We also have monthly general meetings where students can keep updated on PILF events and find additional opportunities to get involved. Finally, we encourage all Moritz students to seek out additional resources for volunteer opportunities in other Moritz student organizations, the Columbus legal community, and summer and school-year employment in the public interest.
For more information on how to get involved in PILF's fundraising efforts, please contact Elbert Aull, Vice President of Fundraising.
To be added to the PILF email list to keep updated on our current events, please contact Maureen Fulton, Secretary.
