2016 Application Process
Twenty students are selected each year, five through Moritz and 15 through Georgia. The program is open to both second- and third-year law students. Preference is given to current students at Moritz and Georgia.
Moritz law students seeking to participate in the semester program at Oxford for Spring 2016 must submit the following application materials:
- Application Form
- Current resume or CV
- A transcript of all law classes taken to date, and the list of courses you hope to take during Fall 2016 semester
- A short, informal statement (no longer than one page, double-spaced) discussing why you are interested in participating in the Oxford Semester 2016 program.
Applications must be submitted by March 20, 2015. Please return completed application and deposit to: Laura Fernandez in Drinko Room 341.
Applications will be reviewed by a three-person committee consisting of College faculty and administrators. Students will be selected for participation in the program (including a waiting list) before Moritz Law conducts pre-registration for the 2016-16 academic year.
Accepted students must confirm their participation with a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 by Tuesday, September 1, 2015.
