Governor Bob Taft to Join in Panel Discussion at Moritz

Is Ohio prepared to handle election day problems? This is the issue Ohio Governor Bob Taft will address when he joins in the panel discussion “The Legacy of Election 2000: If the System Fails Again?” at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law at Noon on Thursday, October 21, 2004. The event will be held in Saxbe Auditorium of Drinko Hall, 55 West 12th Avenue.
In addition to Gov. Bob Taft, panelists include Moritz Law faculty members: Peter Shane, Joseph S. Platt/Porter Wright Morris & Arthur Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Law, Policy, and Social Science; Steven Huefner, Associate Professor and Director of the Legislation Clinic; and Daniel Tokaji, Assistant Professor.
The event is co-sponsored by the Center of Law, Policy, and Social Science at Moritz, and a free lunch will be provided for those attending the session on a first come, first served basis.
