Professor Swire to Testify Before Congress

Professor Peter Swire will testify before the United States Senate Banking Committee on August 2, 2011. Swire, who is the C. William O'Neill Professor in Law and Judicial Administration at Moritz, served as a special assistant to the President for economic policy from 2009-10. Swire's testimony will focus on consumer protection and mortgage servicing. To read his full testimony, please click here.
