A recent National Law Journal feature story on influential law “professors who have made blogging a mainstream medium” profiles the contributions of Douglas Berman, the William B. Saxbe Designated Professor of Law. Berman, the founder and author of the Sentencing Law and Policy blog, was one of five law professors in the country featured in the special report. According to its site meter, his blog has received more than 5.2 million visits since its inception in 2004. He is also one of the primary contributors to the Law School Innovation blog. Berman is the co-author of a casebook, Sentencing Law and Policy: Cases, Statutes and Guidelines and is a managing editor of both the Federal Sentencing Reporter and the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law.
Several Moritz faculty members have used blogging to discuss legal and policy issues in a number of subject areas. To see a full list of Moritz faculty blogs, visit http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/faculty/blogs.php
