Moritz’s Corporate Law Moot Court Team recently emerged victorious at the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competition. The Moritz team, comprised of 2Ls Abby Andre and Barbara Schwabauer and 3L Chris Montgomery, outperformed teams from 24 other law schools from around the country. Andre also brought home best oral argument honors.
“The team of Abby Andre, Chris Montgomery, and Barbara Schwabauer are all exceptionally talented, but all their hard work in mastering the difficult legal issues in the problem really made the difference in the competition,” said Moritz Professor Paul Rose, the team’s advisor.

Andre received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. 3L Chris Montgomery is from Columbus and is a graduate of Princeton University.
