Professor Shane will be featured in an hour-long interview on Philadelphia-based WHYY starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 15. The program, Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane, will discuss war powers issues specifically in regards to recommendations made by the Baker-Christopher Commission. Professor Shane will be joined by interim president of the College of William and Mary, Taylor Reveley, and Princeton University lecturer, Mickey Edwards.
