Professor Edward Foley, Director of Election Law@Moritz, attended today's U.S. Supreme Court oral argument in Crawford v. Marion County Board of Elections. The case calls into question the constitutionality of voter identification laws, an issue that is ripe for the 2008 Presidential election.
