Tokaji Expected to Testify Before House Committee Friday

Tokaji
Professor Dan Tokaji is expected to testify at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, before the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on House Administration. The oversight hearing is titled "Election Day Registration & Provisional Voting." Tokaji is expected to discuss the benefits and concerns of certain election reforms, such as provisional voting and Election Day registration.
The hearing will be webcast live at cha.house.gov/
Professor Tokaji is an associate professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and the associate director of Election Law @ Moritz. In addition to election law, his areas of expertise include the law of democracy, civil rights, freedom of speech, disability rights, federal courts, and civil procedure. Tokaji is presently the author of a daily blog, Equal Vote.
