Moritz professors' discussion on WOSU to re-air tonight

Moritz Law Professors Edward B. Foley, Alan Michaels, and Ruth Colker discussed the 2006-07 term of the U.S. Supreme Court on WOSU AM-820 Monday morning. The professors fielded questions regarding some of the influential rulings of the term, including decisions on the use of race in determining students’ placement in schools, the death penalty, illegal search and seizure, and employment rights, among others. The program was a continuation of one that started July 11.
The featured program, “Open Line” with Fred Andrle, will be replayed at 7 p.m. Monday, July 30, on AM-820 and the station’s web site at www.wosu.org.
