Moritz Law Professors Edward B. Foley, Alan Michaels, and Ruth Colker discussed the 2006-07 term of the U.S. Supreme Court on WOSU AM-820 Wednesday morning. The professors fielded questions regarding some of the influential rulings of the term, including decisions on the use of race in determining students’ placement in schools, partial birth abortion, campaign finance, and students’ rights to free speech, among others.
The featured program, “Open Line” with Fred Andrle, will be replayed at 8 p.m. Wednesday on AM-820 and the station’s web site at www.wosu.org.
