Moritz to Host Regional Round of National Moot Court Competition Nov. 9-11
Competition welcomes teams from 11 law schools from Michigan, Kentucky and Ohio

The Woodside Courtroom is equipped with Digital Evidence Presentation System (DEPS) and gives students hands-on experience with the most sophisticated technology they are likely to encounter upon entering practice.
Moritz Law is hosting the regional rounds of the prestigious National Moot Court Competition November 9-11. Students in the Moritz Moot Court and Lawyering Skills program are excited to welcome teams from 11 law schools from Michigan, Kentucky and Ohio.
This year marks the 57th year of the competition, which is co-sponsored by the Bar of the City of New York and the American College of Trial Lawyers. Members of the American College of Trial Lawyers as well as dozens of other Ohio judges and practitioners will judge the competition this year.
On Friday night, November 10, the keynote speaker at the competition banquet will be Ohio Supreme Court Justice Maureen O'Connor. The final rounds on November 11 will take place at the Jospeh P. Kinneary United States District Courthouse in Columbus.
