Harvard University Press ebooks
OSU library users now have access to a set of new Harvard University Press ebooks through the library catalog. HUP partnered with the scholarly publishing house, De Gruyter, to provide the ebooks on De Gruyter's web platform. Full-text PDF downloads are available for book chapters. See the example below. See also these records of HUP ebooks in the library catalog.
ProQuest Executive Branch Document Series
The Moritz Law Library is now providing online access to a historical series of executive branch documents covering 1789-1932. The collection includes the contents of the "1909 Checklist" compiled by the U.S. Superintendent of Documents, which amounts to a comprehensive set of executive branch documents from the nation's first 120 years. This newly-added content is available within the ProQuest Congressional database, accessible on-campus or off-campus. Click on the advanced search option to search only the executive branch document series.
Case links on HeinOnline
HeinOnline has partnered with Fastcase to provide hyperlinks to federal and state judicial opinions cited in various HeinOnline offerings such as law review articles. A Fastcase tab is also available on the HeinOnline main page for retrieval of cases by citation. Fastcase is a lower-cost legal research system often available through state bar associations to members. See HeinOnline's description of this new case access for further information. Access HeinOnline on-campus or off-campus.
