United Nations - This main web site. leads to links on the U.N. bodies, the Secretary-General, member states, news, and issues addressed at the U.N.
Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights - Full text of human rights treaties, press releases, treaty monitoring bodies, and an alphabetical listing of human rights issues and relevant information.
International Court of Justice (World Court) - Includes texts of judgments, advisory opinions, orders, the Statute of the ICJ and court rules.

United Nations Development Programme - This U.N. agency addresses issues including democratic governance, poverty reduction, crisis prevention and recovery, energy, environment and AIDS/HIV. The site provides background information, press releases, and annual reports.

U.S. Department of State Treaty Actions updates Treaties in Force, showing actions taken by states in regard to international agreements. From 1997 forward.
Avalon Project at Yale Law School - This full-text digital archive collects documents on law, history, economics, politics, diplomacy and government. The entire site is searchable by keyword. It is also possible to browse the list of documents available from a particular time period or from a particular major document collection. The Avalon Project features one of the most extensive digital collections on the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials.
Fletcher Multilaterals Project - Texts of international multilateral conventions and other instruments in the fields of human rights, diplomatic relations, environmental, trade and commerce, cultural protection and other areas. Primarily texts from the second half of the twentieth century to the present. Searchable.
WorldTradeLaw.net has many free resources on trade law cases and agreements, including GATT and WTO Dispute Settlement Reports. It also has links to related web sites and world trade law news articles.

Law from Around the Globe (Cornell) - Links to constitutions, government sites, codes, legislatures, embassies and courts and more from approximately 200 countries.
Law Library of Congress Nations of the World - Part of the Library of Congress's Global Legal Information Network (GLIN), this site lists the countries of the world with links to their constitutions, governments entities and selected laws. Includes links to country studies, pathfinders and other background information.
Foreign Law Guide [Drinko Hall only] Provides substantial information about legal systems and resources of various countries.

Project Diana: An Online Human Rights Archive - Maintained by Yale, this international archive of human rights provides the full text of cases, U.N. treaties and other documents.
Human Rights (from New York University School of Law) - Provides annotated links to human rights organizations, journals, and databases.
University of Minnesota Human Rights Library - In addition to treaties and regional materials, this site provides well-organized links to human rights topics on the Web and an extensive collection of bibliographies.

ESIL (Electronic Information System for International Law) - free online database from ASIL (American Society of International Law) that provides links by subject to web-based international law resources.
LLRX offers two research guide compilations: Comparative and Foreign Law Guides and International Law Guides - Each compilation links to 20+ expertly written research guides covering a wide range of international and foreign law topics.
Guide to Foreign and International Legal Databases Sponsored by New York University Law Library, this guide organizes database links under a number of broad categories. Included are databases for the European Union, the Council of Europe, environmental law, international criminal law, intellectual property, and human rights, among others.
