Please complete the form below to register for Transforming Race 2010. After confirming your registration on the next page, you will be redirected to CyberSource, a secure, third-party organization that handles the payment transaction. We have partnered with The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law to utilize online payment processing.

Hotel Information: Attendees can go to the Hyatt web site and enter "G-CKIR" into the "Group/Corporate #" box and it will bring up the group rates.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be sent to registration@transforming-race.org by February 19, 2010. No refunds will be processed after that date. A participant who cancels his or her registration by February 19 will be issued a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. Please allow up to 3 weeks processing for all refunds. Prepaid registrants unable to attend may send someone in their place without penalty. Sarah Jones tickets can not be refunded at any time.
