Representation of Children
Requests for Representation
The Justice for Children Project provides direct legal representation of children and children's issues. The Project does NOT provide legal advice or representation to adults.
Because of the Project's limited resources and its academic focus, the Project will rarely accept cases based on individual requests for assistance. If, however, you know of a child who is in need of legal representation and you believe the case presents some unusual or interesting legal issue, you may request legal assistance for the child.
That request MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. In your request, please provide your name, address, telephone number, and a brief description of the case as well as any information about pending court dates. You must indicate why you think the case raises an unusual or interesting legal issue.
