The JDR is pleased to announce the addition of the Mayhew-Hite Report on Dispute Resolution and the Courts to our website. The Mayhew-Hite Report is an email/online newsletter--published triannually--that provides information about recent developments in alternative dispute resolution, including recent case law and academic research. Each issue contains a lead article unique to the Report, a summary of a recently published or upcoming article in the ADR field, an important case analysis, and a significant student contribution. We hope everyone will enjoy and make frequent use of the Mayhew-Hite Report and please stay tuned as report issues are published throughout the year.
