Todd Guttman retired from The Ohio State University in 2013, where he served in the roles of Associate Vice President for Research Compliance, Assistant Vice President for Research and Regulatory Counsel, and as Associate Legal Counsel for Research in the Office of Legal Affairs.  Prior to joining Ohio State, Dr. Guttman was an associate attorney at Hahn, Loeser & Parks, LLP, where he worked in the healthcare, intellectual property and corporate law practice areas. Before that, Dr. Guttman was an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Prior to joining the faculty at Wright State, Major Guttman served as an emergency physician on active-duty in the United States Air Force and was Assistant Director of Emergency Services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.  Dr. Guttman received his J.D. and M.D. degrees from The Ohio State University.  He completed his internship and residency in Emergency Medicine at the Indiana University Methodist Hospital.
