Scholarship
Bart Hubbard is a principal assistant attorney general at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. An accomplished trial and appellate counsel attorney, he serves as the principal attorney in the tax section, representing the Ohio Tax Commissioner. He has worked in the tax section for more than 23 years. He regularly argues cases in various federal and state courts. Under Attorney General Jim Petro, Hubbard received the annual “AGGY” award for Excellence and Innovation. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Law School, where he received a book prize in taxation.
