Mike Carpenter is a partner at Carpenter, Lipps & Leland LLP. He has tried cases and represented clients throughout Ohio and in around 32 other states. Among the cases he has handled are multi-stage dealer marketing class and individual actions for automobile manufacturers, numerous banking and consumer lending matters, antitrust cases, insurance coverage cases, ERISA/pension litigation, numerous takeover suits, securities cases, automobile products liability actions, minority shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, and First Amendment media cases.
