Keith Hawkins is the former Deputy Director, Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Oxford. He is also a former Member, Parole Board for England and Wales; Visiting Fellow, U.S. National Institute of Justice; Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Texas and The Ohio State University; University of Oxford-Ohio State University Summer Law Program 1989-2000.
