Scott Simpson

Scott Simpson is co-head of the Global Transactions Practice and a member of the Policy Committee at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He has been based in London since 1990 and before that practiced law in Skadden's New York office throughout the 1980s. Mr. Simpson advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including contested and hostile bids.
