Professor Krivoshey spent 10 years in private practice prior to joining the faculty at Ohio State in 1988. Among the courses that he has taught are the Prosecution Clinic, the Defense Clinic, Trial Advocacy, Jury Selection, and Evidence.

Professor Krivoshey currently serves as Faculty Advisor to the National Trial Advocacy Team. He is also the editor of the book, Readings in Trial Advocacy and the Social Sciences (1994), a four-volume anthology of scholarly articles.
