Todd G. Guttman is Associate Vice President for Research at The Ohio State University. His primary area of responsibility is the coordination of Ohio State's compliance programs related to the use of human and animal subjects and personally-identified information; grant submission, management and contracting; the licensing and commercialization of university technology; research integrity, including conflict of interest and scholarly misconduct; and the use of classified materials and export of controlled technologies.
