Professor Bill Marshall of the University of North Carolina and former Deputy White House Counsel and Deputy Assistant to the President of the United States during the Clinton Administration will speak about a law review article he is currently writing with Professor Geoffrey Stone on constitutional interpretation, entitled, "The Framers' Constitution." Lunch will be served.
