On behalf of the Real Estate Law Association (RELA), former Moritz student Dominick Brook of Ernst & Young will be coming to discuss the different business and tax credits available for climate change and sustainable building initiatives. Dominick Brook is a part of Earnst & Young’s tax practice, and serves clients through identifying, negotiating, implementing and complying with federal, state and local incentives for building green. He also works on LEED-certified building, and just finished working with a casino in Las Vegas. Dominick’s experience includes conducting 179D (EPAct 2005) analyses for energy efficient commercial buildings, advising on the submittal documentation for the world’s largest LEED existing building, as well as securing other federal, state and utility incentives related to renewable energy and energy efficiency.
