The Moritz Chapters of the Federalist Society, American Constitution Society, Christian Legal Society, and OutLaws proudly present a debate entitled “The Christian Legal Society v. Martinez Decision & the Future of the First Amendment.” This event will feature two distinguished faculty members—Professor Daniel P. Tokaji and Professor Emeritus David Goldberger. Catered food and drinks will be provided.
