Please join the Moritz Chapter of American Consitution Society for a discussion on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act ("FISA") with Honorable Judge James Carr of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Judge Carr worked in the FISA court from 2002-2008 which was a very eventful period for U.S. foreign intelligence. Lunch will be provided.
