Dean Michaels will lead a panel discussion on some interesting cases currently pending before the United States Supreme Court.
The panel will include professors Sharon Davies, Peter Shane, Doug Berman, Ric Simmons, Marc Spindelman, Paul Rose, Guy Rub, and Chris Walker.
The event is sponsored by the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society.
