What Court Would Hear a Presidential Contest?

Other

General presidential elections are decided by the state legislature. Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 22-17-114. The legislature’s decision is final and no court can review it. It is unclear whether the code authorizes contests of Presidential primaries. See Wy. Stat. § 22-17-101 et seq.

Who Performs Presidential recounts?

Bipartisan

Wyoming statutes do not explicitly state who conducts recounts. However, Lori Klassen, an elections officer with the Wyoming Secretary of State, indicated that the same individuals who conduct the original count would also conduct any recount.
