Over the next two weeks, I will be engaged in two related endeavors that examine disputed elections from opposite temporal perspectives. One week from today (Tuesday, October 14), I will deliver a lecture on the history of disputed elections. Then, the following Monday, I will be in D.C. to observe the oral argument in McCain v. Obama, which involves a hypothetical dispute over ballots cast in the very near future. [Read Comment]
