Nathan Cemenska joined EL@M as Web Editor in July of 2006. He has performed extensive research on the law of election administration, particularly in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin. He is a 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a 2001 graduate of Northwestern University. Before coming to EL@M, he practiced general civil litigation at a small law firm in Cleveland.

Laura Coleman Williams is the Program Administrator for Election Law @ Moritz. A graduate of Oberlin College and Yale Law School, she practiced corporate law with the Washington, D.C., office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey and the Los Angeles firm of Irell & Manella. Ms. Williams joined The Ohio State University College of Law in 1994 to administer a grant from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation for the College's award-winning alternative dispute resolution program, and to teach mediation. She has been Program Administrator of Election Law @ Moritz since 2005, when the program celebrated its first anniversary.
