Wisconsin AG Asks State Supreme Court to Review Voter ID Rulings
Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen has filed petitions in the Wisconsin Supreme Court for a review of two lower court decisions blocking the state's voter ID law. According to a press release, Van Hollen is asking the court to bypass the state's intermediate appellate court and reverse the lower court rulings prior to the November election. The two cases are League of Women Voters of Wisconsin v. Walker and Milwaukee Branch of the NAACP v. Walker.
