MN Senate Race: Complaint available for Coleman's suit
The Coleman campaign is suing to stop the sorting and counting of absentee ballots by the counties until further court order. The campaign also asks the Court to order that no rejected absentee ballots be included in the results of the administrative recount. Alternatively, in the event the Court allows rejected absentee ballots to be sorted and counted, the Coleman campaign wants both campaigns to be allowed to challenge ballots and votes in the senate race. Additionally, the campaign seeks to have these ballots and envelopes segregated and preserved in such a way that individual ballots can be identified. See the complaint here.
