MN Canvassing Board rejects Franken's request to consider rejected absentees in the recount
The Minnesota State Canvassing Board met today and unanimously decided that rejected absentee ballots would not be reviewed during the ongoing administrative recount. The practice varies by state with some reviewing absentee ballots during recounts and other states doing the same as Minnesota.
