6th Circuit Sends Case Back to Ohio Supremes
In a per curiam ruling issued today (11/25), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit vacated the district court's order in Skaggs, concerning uncounted provisional ballots, and remanded the case to the Ohio Supreme Court. The federal Court of Appeals determined that the complaint did not present a substantial federal question and that removal from the Ohio Supreme Court was not warranted.
