New Mexico Supreme Court Upholds State Law
The New Mexico Supreme Court yesterday (10/30) upheld a state law that says that a vote must be counted if election judges can unaminously agree upon the voters intent. The Court ordered the Secretary of State Mary Herrera to develop guidelines to assist election judges in deciding whether votes should be counted. [Read the Order].
