Fifth Circuit Issues Opinion on Louisiana's Compliance with NVRA

The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals issued an opinion affirming in part and reversing in part the District Court\'s decision that Louisiana violated the National Voter Registration Act. The District Court found that the state violated the Act by failing to properly provide voter registration services to public assistance recipients. The case is Scott v. Schedler.
