Ohio State Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal
Announcement: As of January 2011, the journal is now called the Ohio State Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal. The journal will still be referred to as EBLJ and the citation format for the publication will remain the same (Entrepren. Bus. L.J.), and the journal will continue to produce the same high-quality legal research and commentary.
The Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal (EBLJ) is nationally renowned for its intersection of business and the law.
Created and managed by students, this semi-annual journal explores the legal issues facing entrepreneurs, small business owners, and venture capitalists. EBLJ publishes scholarly articles, book reviews, and student-authored notes discussing provocative, timely legal issues in entrepreneurial and corporate law.
Additionally, the journal hosts an annual symposium where professors and practitioners from around the world gather to discuss topical issues and emerging trends in entrepreneurial business law.
